Terms of Service

At Dirty Dawgs – Dog Waste Removal, we strive to provide consistent and reliable service for your convenience. By starting service with us, you agree to the following terms and responsibilities:

Client Responsibilities

As a valued client, you are responsible for:

•Safe Access: Ensuring safe and unobstructed access to your yard. If we are unable to complete a scheduled cleanup due to restricted access, you may still be charged for that visit.

•Yard Maintenance: Keeping your yard properly maintained, including mowing the grass and raking leaves. Overgrown grass, excessive debris, or fallen leaves may hinder our ability to perform a thorough cleanup. If this prevents us from completing the service, you may still be charged for that visit.

•Pet Changes: Promptly notifying us of any changes in the number of pets on the property so we can adjust your service plan as necessary.

•Timely Payment: Ensuring timely payment of all balances due by the specified deadlines.

Weather Delays

•Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather that makes it unsafe or impossible to complete a scheduled cleanup (e.g., heavy rain, severe storms, snow), we will reschedule and service your yard as soon as possible.

•Snow Conditions: During snow-covered conditions, we will scoop what is visible and accessible at the time of service. Once the snow melts, we will return to complete the cleanup, assuming your subscription remains active.

Service Pauses

If your pet(s) won’t be using the yard for a certain period (e.g., vacation, illness), and you wish to avoid charges for unnecessary visits, please notify us in advance to temporarily pause your service.

Liability

Dirty Dawgs assumes no responsibility for damages to:

•Yards or landscaping

•Gates, fences, or latches

•Pets or other property

Our team takes every precaution to avoid such incidents, but we recommend ensuring that gates are in proper working order and that pets are safely secured during service.

Snow-Related Terms

•Snow Obstructions: If snow covers waste in your yard, we will remove only what is visible at the time of service. Any waste that becomes visible once the snow melts will be addressed during subsequent visits as part of your regular subscription.

•Icy Conditions: Dirty Dawgs reserves the right to reschedule services if icy or hazardous conditions present a safety risk to our team. You will not be charged for missed visits due to such delays.

•Extended Snow Coverage: If snow remains on the ground for an extended period and prevents regular cleanups, your service may be adjusted to ensure all waste is cleared once conditions improve.

Fees and Promotions

•All fees and promotions are subject to change. Should any adjustments be necessary, we will notify you at least two (2) weeks in advance.

•Special promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation

•Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice.

•All unpaid balances must be settled within 15 days of service termination.

General Service Agreement

By starting service with Dirty Dawgs, both parties agree to the terms and responsibilities outlined in this document. Dirty Dawgs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as necessary, with notice provided to all clients.
